Our Moulded Insoles are manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technology from a foam impression, cast or 3D scan of the foot. They are made to the individual requirements of each foot, providing shock absorption, support and correction where needed, as well as redistributing the weight more evenly through the plantar surface of the foot.
We manufacture insoles using plastic, carbon fibre, EVA and plastazote, according to the specific patient needs. Options for postings include valgus pads, heel raises, wedges and met domes. Insoles can be manufactured either as three quarter or full length.
